Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

CodePilot is a digital software product that provides immediate access upon purchase. All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once your subscription is activated and access to the software is granted, no refunds, credits, partial refunds, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the product or its output
• Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
• Cancellation before the end of the billing period
• Forgetting to cancel before an automatic renewal
• Switching to a different tool or service
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated code or results
• Changes to the product's features or pricing

By completing a purchase, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the CodePilot application under Account → Subscription → Cancel, or via the Paddle billing portal.

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the last day of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after the current period ends
• Access to the software is revoked at the end of the billing period
• No refund is issued for any remaining days in the current period

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling before renewal if you no longer wish to use the Service. KUVEX does not issue refunds for renewal charges.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us at billing@kuvex.ai before involving your bank or card issuer.

5. EU / UK Digital Goods Waiver

For users in the European Union or United Kingdom: by purchasing a CodePilot subscription and requesting immediate access to the digital software, you expressly acknowledge that the Service is delivered immediately upon purchase and you agree to waive your statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and equivalent UK legislation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Applicable Law Exceptions

Nothing in this policy is intended to, nor shall it, exclude or limit any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract. Where such mandatory rights apply, they are unaffected by this policy.

7. Evaluate Before You Buy

Our pricing starts at $19/month — we have intentionally kept the entry point low so that commitment risk is minimal.
